APRUTIUM®

-APRUTIUM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IT'S A BLEND FROM VARIOUS VARIETIES-

APRUTIUM is the Latin name forAbruzzo.

Mountains and sea. Among them, fertile and sunny lands with an ideal climate for the cultivation of the Olive tree.
In this region rich in olive groves, there are many native olive cultivars that characterize in a typical and unequivocal way
the Extra Virgin Oils derived from them.

Among the most important are the Gentile di Chieti, the Crognalegna, the Dritta, the Cucco, theOlivastro Frentano, theIntosso, the Nebbio and the Caprina.
Each with specific characteristics that in their mixture give rise to oils of extraordinary fragrance and balance.

APRUTIUM Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pale green in colour with golden hues. It has a fruity taste, with an intense aroma of olives, sweet and harmonious and is much appreciated for its wide range of uses. In fact, it is an excellent condiment for both meat and fish.
Very tasty on raw or cooked vegetables, in sauces, in legume soups.

- EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL OLIVE VARIETY -

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil GETSEMANI is the most precious of the monovarietal line "Grand Cru MOnolivaggio" of the Ricci family.

It originates from the Olivastro cultivar, which represents the link with Oleaster, the wild plant native to the Mediterranean coast.
The Olivastro from which all the other existing varieties have evolved, represents therefore the olive tree par excellence.

In Abruzzo, the Olives, rare and centuries old, now bear few, small fruits that are difficult to harvest because of the size of the plants.
Olive oil productivity is very low.

The color is yellow with green shades, veiled. The scent is fruity, very intense of olive, fragrant. The taste is clean, persistent of olive with hints of sweet almond and herbs. GETSEMANI Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a condiment that can enhance any dish, giving them a note of freshness and inimitable flavor.

TORCULUM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IS A MONOVARIETAL OLIVE OIL FROM THE TORCULUM LINE.

The evo "TORCULUM" TAKES ITS NAME FROM A LATIN WORD MEANING "PRESS."

… because it is ideally linked to theancient tradition of milling that involves the use of a press to extract oil from olive paste.
Produced with olives of the “Gentile di Chieti” variety, harvested when they have just turned colour (green with a slight brown pigmentation), we obtain an EVO oil with well-defined organoleptic characteristics.

Strong and Gentle” like the land of Abruzzo from which it originates, the oil obtained from this highly prized cultivar, has a very versatile character that makes it an almost universal condiment.

The green colour of the must oil takes on golden hues after some time. It has a fruity, harmonious aroma of olives, is rounded with herbaceous hints and light nuances of apple.
