AGRUMATO® debuts at the CIBUS in PARMA 1992, the most important Italian international event dedicated to food, obtaining a resounding success, such as to push in the course of the following years many Italian and foreign producers of EVO oil to follow and imitate this revolutionary seasoning developed by Francesco and Lino Ricci.
… in the same event, are presented and marketed for the first time, even three delicacies considered authentic foodrarities, so much so as to be included among the 100 rarest products in Italy, such as the MELAZZO® (fig molasses) and desserts such as the PADDUNI (fig-based) and the PANICILLI (with zibibbo grapes and citron).
